What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to be present atleast 15 minutes early (2:45pm). We kindly ask that if you are late and the ceremony has started, that you wait at the reception area so as not to disturb the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think rustic elegance with a touch of fall charm. October weather calls for layers, so choose dressy but comfortable outfits like flowy dresses, suits, or nice separates in warm or jewel tones. Boots, loafers, or block heels work best for uneven outdoor ground—skip the stilettos and lean into relaxed, seasonal style that’s ready for dancing.

Will there be alcohol served?

Yes, there will be an open bar provided for our guests. Please just note that Eureka Springs is about 15 minute drive and taxi services are limited. Your hosts are considering ordering a bus/source of transportation after the event and will update ahead of time if this is available for planning purposes. Please let us know if this would be something you would use if provided.
