Us too! Very sure. Barring anything unforeseen (i.e. government mandates that impact people’s ability to travel or congregate even outside *knocks on wood*), the wedding will take place! We have a number of extra precautions that we hope will ease any concern about attending.
We are taking several extra precautions: 1. The ceremony and reception are outside events. The welcome dinner is an indoor/outdoor venue. 2. The wedding venue’s capacity pre-COVID was almost 4x our expected party, leaving more than plentiful room now for proper distancing. 3. Reception tables will be properly distanced and will seat 6-8 instead of original 8-10 for even further spacing. 4. Hand sanitizer will be placed at all food and beverage stations and at each table. 5. Food stations have been changed from self-serve buffet to contactless food preparation. 6. Surgical masks in wedding color navy will be provided for all guests upon arrival. 7. Guest bus transportation to/from wedding will include many precautions, including: * Contactless temperature checks prior to boarding * Mask requirement while on board * Driver masked at all times * Pre- and post-drive deep cleans of all surfaces with CDC/EPA approved protocols * Additional antimicrobial HVAC filters
Yes - our videographers are going to livestream our ceremony to Facebook. We will send out the link closer to our wedding date.
