We met on August 24, 2013 when Kris was attending school at IU Bloomington. Our first date was at Upland, where Alex was nervous and got tipsy, which then led to him talking about dogs all evening. Obviously, Kris was immediately charmed. We've basically been inseparable ever since. We got married at the Indianapolis City-County building on May 27, 2022. We wanted to take this opportunity for our family and friends to celebrate our legally-binding union with us.
