John Coltrane described his masterpiece, A Love Supreme, as "...a spiritual awakening, which has to led me to a richer, fuller, more productive life." That is exactly the sentiments Jasmine & Jonathan have been experiencing since meeting in 2019. Richer: The surplus of God's favor has increased as these two grew closer to Christ and to one another. Fuller: The robust blessings are indeed a testament of their intentionality from day one. More Productive: Their work alone was momentous, but together, they are creating movements. Join the future Mr. and Mrs. Solomon as they celebrate A Love Supreme.
Their HBCU rivalry connection had these two in the same room countless of times years prior to their initial meeting, but it was not until October 2019 that the couple would finally meet. They were both following one another on social media earlier in the year, but didn't exchange more than the occasional like here and there. Jonathan saw that Jasmine had a dating profile on Hinge and decided to try his luck through a message. To ensure he got her attention, he slid in her direct messages on Instagram the very next day. Persistence is what caught Jasmine's eye, but Jonathan being intentional is what captured her heart. They met less than a week later and knew the energy was just right. They say when you know, you know and these two were fervently chasing God's heart, which led them to finding one another at the right time. Six months later, while celebrating their anniversary, Jonathan asked Jasmine to be his forever love in the company of close friends and family, six feet a part, because...pandemic. Overjoyed, Jasmine agreed that this was indeed the right time to journey to forever and a day.
