It would be helpful if guests RSVP by April 1st, 2024. This will help us when booking our caterer and when planing to set up chairs for the ceremony and reception.
We are registered on our wedding website. We already bought a house and the furnishings back in August of 2023, so we would be so grateful for contributions towards our honeymoon or our wedding instead.
The ceremony begins at 12:30pm so it may be beneficial to come around 12pm to find parking and take your seat.
The dress code is semi-casual. Think nice shirts and slacks for the men and dresses for women. It is an outdoor wedding in the fall so please check the weather ahead of time to help inform your decision.
Unless your invitation says plus one, we ask that you do not bring any additional partners.
Absolutely! We have already accounted for children and both the ceremony and reception will be family friendly.
We have included three local hotels you can stay at on our "Travel" tab. However, there are also many other hotels, bed and breakfasts and airbnb's that you can find nearby.
We will be accounting for gluten allergies, nut allergies, and vegan/vegetarian meals. However, if you have an allergy not listed, please text the bride so that she can arrange for a allergy friendly meal to be prepared.
Yes, there is parking on site at the venue and there will be someone directing guests as they enter the parking spaces.
The wedding is outdoors. The ceremony takes place in front of a 100 year old greenhouse, but in case of poor weather, a tent will be set up to keep guests dry. The reception will be held under a pavilion which can be enclosed and heaters can be brought inside as well.
The basic outline for the day is as follows: ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, dancing, and the send off.
Yes, please help us capture our special moment! We will provide some ways at the reception of how you can share these special moments with us.
