This is an all-inclusive resort—all meals, snacks, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), and most activities are included in your stay.

Which airport should I fly into?

Cancún International Airport (CUN) is ~40 minutes from the resort.

Is transportation to the resort included?

Answer

Transportation is not included with the resort however we have reached out to a reliable shuttle service that is affordable for our guests and provides private group and direct airport to hotel transportation. Please visit Happy Shuttle Cancun to arrange your round trip transportation. Their average pricing is about $20 per person for ROUND TRIP direct service. We recommend connecting with family or friends arriving to Cancun airport around the same time as you to share a shuttle as the more people per van, the less per person cost.

Can I bring a plus one guest or children?

Answer

You’re welcome to bring a guest or your children for your stay at the resort—it’s a vacation, after all! However, our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only, with the exception of immediate family’s children. Your formal invitation will clearly indicate who is invited to attend wedding events.
