Our story began in the most meaningful place — church. We met as children, just 7 and 8 years old, at our childhood church. What started as a sweet friendship was truly the first chapter of a story only God could have written. Years passed, and in His perfect timing, our paths deepened in purpose. During my freshman year of high school, we began dating — young, but already sure that something special was unfolding. Through six years of growing together, we’ve leaned on faith through every joy, challenge, and season of change. God has been at the center of our relationship from the very beginning. He’s shaped our hearts, strengthened our bond, and guided our steps toward this moment. We are so grateful for the way He’s written our love story — and we can’t wait to enter into marriage with Him as the foundation of our future.

What I thought was going to be a simple day trip for Jack’s senior pictures turned into the most unforgettable moment of our lives. Jack told me we were heading to Fall Creek Falls State Park — one of our favorite places — to take his photos at Buzzard’s Roost. I didn’t think anything of it. I was just excited to spend the day outdoors and help capture some memories for him. After the photographer snapped a few shots of Jack, they casually asked me to jump in for a couple of pictures together. Still clueless, I stepped in, smiled for the camera — and then everything changed. Jack got down on one knee and asked me the question I’d been dreaming of. With the stunning backdrop of God’s creation around us, I said “yes” to forever with the love of my life. To make the day even more special, our friends and family were waiting to celebrate with us after the proposal. We spent the rest of the day laughing, hugging, and thanking God for His faithfulness and the joy He’s poured into our story. It was perfect — simple, sweet, and completely us.
