Please join us in dressing up for the occasion—cocktail or semi-formal garden party attire is requested. Colorful pastels are encouraged. Kindly avoid jeans. Temperatures this time of year typically range from the mid-50s to around 70°F. Evenings can be cool, so plan to bring a layer. As we’ll be in the mountains, afternoon rain is almost a certainty, so come prepared. Umbrellas will be provided.
The ceremony and reception will take place at the Mountain Wedding Garden venue. The ceremony will be held in the garden and the reception will take place in the pavillion.
Free parking is available in the dirt parking lot below the pavilion, and on gothic road at the south end of the park. Parking at the Town Hall parking lot (paved lot above the garden) is strictly prohibited. Cars can be left overnight if needed but have until 7 am to be removed or will be towed.
We request that you enjoy this special moment with us camera-free. So please, no photos or videos until our ceremony ends. We encourage you to take all the pictures you want afterwards. We will make sure to share pictures and videos with you all after the wedding!
Invite only! We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
Invite only! We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with only a few exceptions made for immediate family. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!
The town of crested butte sits at an altitude of 8,885 ft and if you are coming up in elevation, you will likely feel it. Take it easy particularly if this is your first time at high altitude. It is best to arrive early and give yourself 24-48 hours to acclimate. If you don't have this luxury of time, beware of certain things such as alcohol intake, or physical exercise that may affect you differently. Make sure to hydrate.
