Will the wedding be indoors or outdoor? (Spanish: La boda sera adentro o afuera?)

The wedding ceremony will be in the St. Patrick church, indoors, however, the wedding reception will be outdoors so come prepared for the fall weather! There will be a dance floor and grass seating. Spanish: La ceremonia de la boda se celebrará en la iglesia de San Patricio adentro, pero la recepción/fiesta posterior tendrá lugar al aire libre, ¡así que vengan preparados para el clima otoñal! Habrá una pista de baile y asientos sobre el césped.

Our wedding will be a mix. We will be incorporating both of our traditions throughout the night! On the dance floor we will be playing more Traditional Mexican songs.

The Vibora de la mar Dance is a Mexican tradition where the groom and bride stand on chairs forming an arch for guests who form a "sea snake" by linking hands and dancing underneath. Guest then try to knock the couple from the chairs symbolizes the challenges and obstacles in marriage while family/friends protect them by holding them steady on the chair representing their support for the newlyweds. This tradition represent support, strength, unity, resilience for a strong marriage. Spanish: El baile de la Víbora de la Mar es una tradición mexicana en la que los novios se suben a sillas formando un arco para los invitados, quienes forman una "serpiente marina" uniéndose de las manos y bailando debajo. No seating charts. We are having a lot of family and friends join us so sit where you like :) The newlyweds will have their own sweetheart table and plan to greet all the guests!
