We met on Match.com. Haley noticed a picture of Kevin on his motorcycle and thought 'wow, this dude looks fun!' and decided to message him! Turns out, he was interested! Our first date was at Caribou Coffee on Grand Avenue in St. Paul, MN. We talked non-stop for two hours and we both felt it was love at first sight. We've enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling, buying our first home, and welcoming home our two puppies. We've experienced life's greatest joys as well as life's greatest sorrows together. Over the past year we have learned, very intimately, that life is short and unpredictable. We've decided the best way to celebrate this chapter in our lives is to commit to one another on the beautiful island of Maui!

It was late August 2019 on a perfect evening when Kevin proposed to Haley alongside the Mississippi River in Hastings, MN after a dinner date at The Busted Nut. Kevin's friend took pictures of the special moment and a group of people watching the proposal take place cheered in the background. It was perfect in every way!
