How do I get from the airport to my Disney Resort and back?

There is a shuttle service called Mears Transportation that were the main players in the original Disney's Magic Express. You can schedule a pick up and drop off here: https://www.mearstransportation.com/

What time should I arrive at the Dessert Party?

Please arrive at 7:15pm outside of Epcot's Main entrance at the Flag Pole. If you have tickets and are already inside the Park you can meet us at UK Lockside at 7:30pm if you do not wish to meet us at the entrance of Epcot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
