When should I book my travel by?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible. We currently have a room block reserved, and additional rooms or room types can be added as needed. All room block payments must be completed by December 14, 2026.

Do I have to stay at Hotel Xcaret México?

Answer

To be included in our wedding room block and events, we kindly ask that guests stay at Hotel Xcaret México and book through our Here & Away Travel link. We recommend staying Wednesday through Sunday, as our wedding will take place on Friday, April 2, 2027, and events will be spread across the weekend.

How do I book my room?

All accommodations should be booked through our custom Here & Away Travel link, found on our travel page or you can copy & paste the link here—www.hereandawaytravel.com/nickandlauren which includes our room block, group rates, and support from our travel planners.

Can I extend my stay before or after the wedding?

Yes! Extended stays are welcome and can be arranged through our travel planners when booking.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 45–60 minutes away.

Will airport transfers be provided?

Answer

Yes! Round-trip transportation to and from the airport will be provided for guests and coordinated through our travel planners.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. For our April 2, 2027 wedding, we recommend that your passport be valid through October 2027 or later. Need to apply or renew? What’s included at the resort?

Answer

Hotel Xcaret México is fully all-inclusive. Your stay includes dining, drinks, transportation, resort amenities, and unlimited access to all Xcaret parks and experiences.

The resort is relaxed during the day and dressier in the evenings. Wedding event attire details will be shared closer to the date.
