How can I RSVP? / Como puedo indicar si puedo venir o no?

Answer

All RSVPs must be done online via our website. Click on the RSVP tab to be taken directly to the RSVP page. You will be prompted to type in the name listed on your invitation and further instructions will be provided from there. Por favor responde "si" o "no" en este website en el tab "RSVP".

What should I wear? / Que ropa me puedo poner?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans! With that being said, we still want everyone to remain comfortable and feeling their best! The ceremony will also be outside in the grass so consider this when making a shoe selection. Please also refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, cream, ivory, etc. Codigo de vestimenta es "semi-formal". Cualquier preguntas, por favor nos avisan.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony? / A que hora deberia de llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30-3:45pm. The bar will be open at this time! Por favor llega nos mas tarde que las 3:30-3:45pm.

Can I take photos? / Puedo tomar fotos?

Answer

We have decided to have an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones, cameras, and other devices be put away and on silent during our ceremony. This is a very special and important moment in our lives and we have a photographer to capture the moment for us. We would hate to have a well-meaning individual prevent her from doing her job and capturing this special moment for us. After the ceremony, you are free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like! Thank you so much for respecting this request. No telefonos, camaras, o otra tecnologia similar durante la ceremonia por favor. Cuando termine la ceremonia, toma todos las fotos o videos que quieras.

Can I bring a guest or plus one? / Puedo traer una otra persona conmigo?

Answer

While we would love to be able to invite everyone, due to limited space and the need to adhere to our budget, only names explicitly listed on the RSVP page are able to attend. Thank you for understanding and respecting this! No, solo los invitados que estan mencionados en la invitacion pueden atender. Muchas gracias por entender y respetar esta decision!

Are children invited?

Answer

Children will not be allowed to attend unless the names are explicitly stated on the RSVP page. We hope you understand and enjoy the night out!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We are sad you cannot celebrate with us! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please still respond "no" via the online RSVP so we can have an accurate head count and plan accordingly.

Will festivities be outside or inside?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside next to the barn. Cocktail hour will be both inside the barn and outside on the grounds. The reception will mainly be inside the barn, but you are free to explore the grounds and enjoy the fall weather.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We want all of our guests to let loose and party with us! However, we must respect the wishes and rules of our venue so please note that anyone visibly intoxicated is at risk for no longer being served.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. The venue has a lot available for parking. Several handicap spots are available closer to the barn. ***Please note that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight. Please consider alternative transportation if you think you will not be able to drive home at the end of the night. Refer to the question below about the shuttle service or consider an Uber/Lyft.

What should I expect for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a buffet so there will be variety of food options to choose from! *Please note, the cake and some desserts will contain peanut butter/nut products*

Is smoking permitted?

Answer

The venue has a strict "no open flame" policy inside the barn. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the barn. Smoking is only permitted outside and away from the barn.

Where can guests stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We have a block of rooms available for our guests. Please note that you will need to book before September 15th, 2022 to receive the discounted rate. Refer to the "Travel" tab for more information and further suggestions on accommodations.

Where are you registered?

Answer

While this is not expected, should you choose to purchase a gift for us, we are registered at Target and Amazon. Both registries are linked directly to our website and can be accessed through the "Registry" tab.
