What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Lets describe the dress code as beach semi formal. Men can wear linen pants with a button up shirt and Women a nice dress! Ladies heels are optional, we will be on the beach for the ceremony which there will be a section where your shoes will be stored! Whatever you feel comfortable in!

What is an "all inclusive"
Answer
All Inclusive means exactly that! Everything is included, food, drinks, activities. Make sure to bring some USD to tip your bartenders and waiters!

What is the difference between a regular, finest & excellence club rooms?
Answer
There are three tiers to booking these rooms. All rooms are suites so any option will not be a bad one. "Finest" rooms are apart of the club rooms. They include their own check in, bar, upgraded side of the beach, access to the steakhouse "Dommo" and higher shelf liquor in the room. "Excellence" rooms has everything in the "Finest" rooms but this is an ALL ADULT section.

Can I stay somewhere else?

You are more then welcome to stay at any resort of your choosing. If you are planning on staying elsewhere please reach out to us so we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities so we can all celebrate our special day together:)

When will we be charged for our room?
Answer
You will be charged about a month before! ***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE BEFORE THE TRIP!*** If it is please call the hotel and update your credit card info! They will be happy to accommodate!

Is there an app?
Answer
YES! It is called "The Excellence Collection" and is a light brown colored app! In this app you can look at all the restaurant's + bars, dress codes, map of the hotel, entertainment and all other info

Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
Answer
Yes! They are all posted in the app! For MEN make sure to pack long dress pants and a collard shirt and WOMEN a dress, skirt, long pants with a blouse!

When can i book my flight?
Answer
Flights typically come out 8 months before! You will be flying into Cancun (CUN) airport!

Can I come earlier/stay later?
Answer
Yes! The promo code is only valid for the week which is May 11th to May 18th. If your wanting to add days before or after you will have to book a SEPERATE booking WITHOUT the promo code. I would advise to book the "refundable rate" since the promo code is refundable, just in case you need to cancel.

Do I get charged in full when i book and can I cancel?

No! The best part is that you get charged $1 USD to hold your room! The latest you can cancel is 24 hours before your booking. You will receive a full refund with the promo code

I believe the staff appreciates USD! Make sure to bring small bills!
