When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 15th, 2026 directly on this website. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our headcount with the venue.

Where should I stay?

We strongly recommend staying on property at Tanque Verde Ranch, it's a one-of-a-kind experience and makes getting to and from all events effortless. To reserve your room block, call Chloe Harper (520-731-5576) and give out our names or email her at chloe.harper@tvgr.com

Will transportation be provided from the airport?

Answer

Yes! We will be arranging transportation from [Tucson International Airport] to Tanque Verde Ranch. More details on pickup times and logistics will be shared closer to the date.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding celebration is black tie. We invite you to dress to impress, think floor-length gowns, tuxedos, or formal suits. We want this night to feel extra special, so don't be afraid to go all out!

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

Ranch Chic: Dressy southwestern flair, floor-length or midi dresses, dress suits or blazers with tailored trousers, and polished boots. We absolutely encourage cowboy hats, statement belt buckles.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30–45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to get settled and find your seat. We want everyone to be ready when the magic begins!
