Wedding Transportation

Please arrive at the front entrance of the Sahara no later than 1:45pm. The party bus will be departing promptly at 2pm to take all guests from the Sahara to the wedding location.
Wedding
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire is formal/semi-formal. All guests should wear shoes that have a hard sole and are closed toed due to the terrain. While we are taking photos, guests can explore all the sights Nelson Ghost Town has to offer or begin celebrations on the party bus.
Dinner and Celebration
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Following the wedding, the party bus will shuttle everyone back to Downtown Las Vegas near Fremont Street. For guests that don't plan stay for dinner, the shuttle bus will be able to drop guests back off at the Sahara. We have a private rooftop patio from 6pm-8pm at Carson Kitchen for dinner. Following dinner, we will continue our celebrations on Fremont Street. For transportation back to the Sahara or your hotel of choice, we recommend using either public transport or rideshare options.
