Yes, all of our guests must stay at the Riu Palace Pacifico or you will have to pay a fee to attend the wedding and reception.
No, everyone in your room must be accounted for while booking your room. Everyone will need a bracelet to be identified as a guest of the hotel.
There are no minimum stay requirements. However, we suggest arriving the day before the Wedding.
We will arrive on April 15th and will be staying until April 22nd. We would love to spend time with anyone who is able to arrive before the wedding but we will be fairly busy so please don’t feel obligated to stay as long as we are.
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Therefore, we ask you do not bring a guest unless they are specifically named on the invitation. The number of seats that we have reserved for each person are included in each invitation.
Our dress code for our wedding and ceremony is semi formal/Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be on the sand and the reception outdoors.
We ask that our guests be seated for our ceremony by 3:50pm for a prompt 4pm start.
