Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel to/from Venue
October 17, 2025 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:45pm to load and will depart at 4pm. The venue is about 20 minutes away so you will arrive by 4:30pm. The ceremony starts at 5pm, so feel free to walk the grounds or sit outside and listen to the Mariachi band. DEPARTURE TIMES: First shuttle leaves at 10pm. Last shuttle leaves at 11pm. There is a parking lot at the venue if you choose to drive. Cars can be left overnight but need to be picked up by 10am on 10/18 (Saturday).
