What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm to grab a seat and enjoy a glass of complementary champagne. Gates will be closed and locked at 4:50pm

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know that many of you have children that you may want or need to bring along. For your enjoyment, if you are able to sneak away for the night to enjoy our big day without your littles, please take the opportunity to do so! If you would like to bring your child along there are two options available. The first option is to have your child in the reception area but please note that there will be a designated kids table where the child would need to be able to sit independently. The other option is to reserve a spot for them in the on-site child care (recommended for ages 0-6) where they can be nearby but still allow you to enjoy the ceremony and dinner kid-free. The child care will be located next to the reception area. Please see following FAQ for full ON-SITE childcare details.

CHILD CARE

Answer

For your convenience and enjoyment we have arranged for ON-SITE childcare for children of all ages. There will be games, activity stations, toys, movies, cribs for toddlers and more. Pizza and snacks will also be provided. The child care will be provided by *Wedding Sitter* - a Professional Sitter Team, CPR & Pediatric & Adult First Aid AED Certified, Insured Liability Insurance Certification, Fully Vetted through Clear Checks, Energetic Sitter Staff. Child care will be from 430-10pm and is $60 per child ages 0-3 and $40 per child ages 4 to 11. The child care must be reserved in advance. If you're planning to utilize their services please contact us and let us know the ages of the children that will be in their care. If you are bringing a child that is between 7-12 years old please be sure to let us know if they will be in the childcare area or at the kids table as we will need to assign them a seat and meal.

Yes, please let us know if there are any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.

Where do I park and is there a fee?

Answer

Parking is free and will be onsite at the venue. Once you arrive, please follow signs to event parking.
