We were both young when we first saw each other (pre-teens!) volunteering for VBS at St. Elizabeth and we happened to be put into the same volunteer group. We became instant friends in that one week but lost touch after that. Luckily, a friend request through Facebook came from Lorenzo and we were reconnected. A few years later, Lorenzo slid into the DM's to catch up on life and we haven't stopped talking since. 7 years later, here we are!

We got to ring in the New Year in Orlando, FL at Disney World (Magic Kingdom to be exact). We were in front of the castle watching the fireworks and celebrating the New Year. After which, Lorenzo asked someone to take our "picture" and by doing so, he kneeled to the ground and pulled out a ring and popped the question. A video was taken by the person who was asked to take a picture instead and it is our favorite thing to show to others. It was truly a Love Story ending!
