Our Love story

Yama and Allyssa truly have their dearest friend Holly to thank for bringing them together. She saw the potential for something special long before either of them did. During the summer of 2022, Holly did her best to make sure Yama and Allyssa finally crossed paths. After summer ended, Allyssa agreed to go on a date with Yama. The timing, however, couldn’t have been worse—just as their connection began to blossom, Yama was on his way to Europe to visit his mom. For the next month, despite the time zone difference, they stayed in touch by exchanging long, heartfelt messages once a day. Once Yama returned home, both were preparing for their first date. First date went perfectly, dinner and dancing and the two were inseparable ever since. Three weeks later, Yama made an announcement to Allyssa - announcing she and him are boyfriend and girlfriend. Since then, Yama and Allyssa have shared a love for travel, spending cherished moments visiting loved ones along the way. Together, they have supported each other through life’s most beautiful and challenging moments, growing stronger with every step. By the summer of 2024, Yama and Allyssa had moved to downtown Denver with their beloved dog, Buters. From the very beginning of their relationship, they had always dreamed of building a life together, filled with marriage, family, and a lifetime of shared adventures. On their two-year anniversary, Yama proposed to the love of his life, Allyssa, in a moment made even more perfect by the presence of many of their closest loved ones. Now, Allyssa and Yama are excited to begin the next chapter of their lives together, looking forward to a future filled with love, happiness, and the joy of growing their family. They are grateful for the unwavering support and love of their family and friends as they embark on this beautiful journey as Mr. and Mrs. Farani.
