Yes, parking will be available on-site at the venue.
There will be one shuttle bus available for guest transportation to the venue. The shuttle will depart from The St. Charles in Cortland at 2:30 PM and transport guests directly to the venue. Following this, the shuttle will proceed to the parking lot located behind Doug’s Fish Fry in Skaneateles (8 Jordan Street) to pick up additional guests. The shuttle is scheduled to depart from the Skaneateles location at approximately 3:45 PM and will then continue to the venue. Following the conclusion of the reception at 10:00 PM, the shuttle bus will begin return transportation for guests. The first trip will transport guests staying in the Village of Skaneateles, who will be dropped off near their accommodations. After completing this initial drop-off, the shuttle will return to the venue to pick up remaining guests. It will then proceed to transport those guests back to The St. Charles in Cortland. This arrangement ensures that all guests have reliable and convenient transportation at the end of the evening.
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The reception will take place under a tent, providing some cover, but guests should still be prepared for outdoor conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather and keep in mind that the venue features grassy terrain—consider wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass.
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation or included in your RSVP on our website attend the wedding. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we appreciate your understanding.
