When should I RSVP?

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. It is early November, so be mindful of Midwest fall/wintery weather. There will be an outdoor patio connected to our indoor reception room. Please refrain from jean/denim materials and shades of white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2pm. Please allow enough time with your travels to arrive prior to 2pm. **There is current construction at the main intersection to the church that has begun April 2025, with plans to be complete in Fall 2025. This will be updated closer to the wedding date to anticipate any assistance with detours if construction is incomplete.** The reception will begin at 6pm. Cocktail hour is from 6-7pm. Guests may start to arrive to the venue around 5:30pm. If staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, a shuttle service is provided.

Can I bring a plus one/guest?

Answer

Due to limited spacing at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP as well as show up as "Guest" on the invitation. If there are any questions or additional clarification needed, please reach out to the bride and groom!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love and adore your children, only children who are in the wedding party or have been pre-approved by the bride and groom are invited to attend.

Are there smoking accommodations?

Answer

It is requested by the venue to use the front entrance area for smoking. Please refrain from using the courtyard/patio connected to the reception room for smoking as it is a small space. A sign will be placed on the courtyard/patio doors as a reminder.
