Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is being held at Drees Farming Association, located a few miles southwest of Grand Forks. The easiest way to get to the reception (less gravel) is to go south on S Washington until you reach 12th Ave NE. Turn tright on 12th Ave NE and go 3 miles west. Turn right on 55 street. (You will see the sign for Drees Farming Assoc.) If you are using a map app, be sure to search for the address (7200 55th St S) NOT the title of the farm to assure you are directed correctly!

What kind of facilities can I expect at the reception?

Answer

While there will be a covered tent at the reception, the main dining and dance will take place inside the shop. Full service restrooms will be available on site.

Should I plan to wear a mask?

Answer

Those that wish to are welcome to wear one, but masks will not be required at the ceremony or the reception.

Will there be air conditioning?

Answer

Yes, the church has air conditioning. The shop will be air conditioned, but the system will be turned off once guests start to arrive due to sound. If the weather is pleasant, the shop doors will be opened.

How many can the church seat?

Answer

The church can comfortably seat 200 guests. Any overflow will be seated in the fellowship hall, and the ceremony will be live streamed in.

What will parking be like at the reception?

Answer

Parking will be in a gravel lot and along a gravel road. Please wear appropriate footwear! Parking attendants will be available to guide you to a spot.
