Will there be parking at Hillside Gardens?

Answer

Yes. There is limited parking lot/street parking at Hillside Gardens. However, if you're going to be having drinks, we highly recommend jumping in a economical Uber/Lyft ride or utilizing the Shuttle. The Downtown area is only 1.5mi from this venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

I wish we knew! In Colorado, temperatures in September can vary drastically- Looks like it could get down into the 50s after the sun goes down. Although there will be some heat lamps, please plan to bring a coat or sweater for after the sun goes down. Dinner will be under a covered pavilion, but all parts of the evening are technically outside, so be prepared!

When should I arrive at Hillside Gardens for the Ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin arriving at 4:30pm but please do not come earlier. Guests will be allowed to sit between 4:30pm and 5:00pm and ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm

What's the Mask Situation and COVID precautions?

Answer

Although the venue does not require masks, due to being outside, all staff will be we wearing masks. We are asking all guests to wear masks anytime they are not seated and near people outside their close circle. We will be provided some masks if you forget yours or prefer a white one! We will also be providing personal sanitizer for people, and have spaced people out for dinner seating to increase comfort. The buffet line, drink station and cupcake table with be staffed by a catering server to ensure less possibility of cross-contamination.
