Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Please use the designated guest parking lot located at 1534 Eastshore Road in Bodega Bay. Look for the Sport Fishing sign and follow that road straight to the parking lot. Parking attendants will be on-site to assist and guide you — please look for them in bright vests and near clear signage. From there, guests have two options to reach the venue: Take the provided shuttle – a quick ride of less than a minute Enjoy a short, flat walk – just about two minutes on foot Important: Please do not stop near the front gate. That small area is reserved for vendor drop-offs and must remain clear to avoid traffic congestion. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at Bodega Bay Secret Gardens located at Eastshore Rd &, Bay Flat Rd, Bodega Bay, CA 94923. The reception will follow immediately after at the same location.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to arrive at 2:30PM, 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating. Ceremony will start promptly at 3:00PM. Beverages and a bathroom are available at that time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress semi-formal (knee length/midi dresses or elevated pantsuit/jumpsuit, dress shirt and slacks, tie optional, no jeans or shorts please). If you want to dress following the theme of Garden Party, lean into florals, pastels, and earthy colors. The bridesmaids will be in mismatching floral dresses. The terrain is landscape gravel and redwood decking. The venue is outside, and it can get cold in Bodega at night, consider bringing a layer!

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue and seating constraints, we are able to invite only those specifically named on the invitation. We kindly ask for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you on our special day.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Once official invites are sent out in the Spring, please RSVP by May 25, 2025 through our website’s RSVP section. If you have the Save the Date and know you won't be able to attend, please email Ally at ally.p.souza@gmail.com. We look forward to celebrating with all who can make it!

Answer
To ensure an intimate and enjoyable celebration for all our guests, we have decided to host an adults-only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We kindly ask for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
