Our wedding was an intimate backyard ceremony with only our immediate families. We got married in the woods at sunrise on October 22nd. We are now and forever more Mr. and Mrs. Brady!

Following our private ceremony, we will have open houses in both Michigan and Ohio to celebrate with all of our loved ones! This makes it more convenient for our friends and family to visit and enjoy time with us. We are looking forward to celebrating with you wherever you choose to join us! Our Michigan celebration is planned for October 23, 2022. We also have two planned in Ohio on November 26, 2022 and April 1, 2023. Please see the Schedule page for more information.

We met through our mutual love of the outdoors, love of travel, and (most of all) our love of rocks. We were both in the same department at Ohio State, and we had a lot of classes together. In July of 2017, we had the opportunity to travel to Iceland for research and collect rock samples across the country. Somewhere along the bumpy roads, car camping, and copious amounts of peanut butter sandwiches, we fell in love with more than just the rocks.

We have always bonded over our love of the outdoors. True to form, we got engaged while hiking Mt. Baker in the Northern Cascades of Washington.
