Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We prefer a semi-formal/dressy casual attire.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We will be outside, in Alabama, in middle of September, so assume it will be warm, but it should cool off as the night progresses. We will have programs for the guests to use as fans as well as fans for the reception barn.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. We love children, but also want to remind our family and friends that this is going to be an adult friendly party and celebration so decide at your own discretion. This could be the perfect opportunity to have a kid free night out.

Question

Do we have to travel from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No. The ceremony and the reception are taking place at the same venue, just a slightly different setup.

Question

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will distance themselves for a few minutes to have a moment alone and to have a chance to eat. While this happens we want our guests to please help themselves to the food buffet as well as the bar.

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes. After all it is a celebration. We will have red and white wine as well as a variety of beer. Cheers!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, The venue provides our guests with parking and parking attendants to guide you to where you need to be.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation states "And Guest" then yes you are more than welcome to bring a date with you, just be sure to RSVP for both yourself and your guest so our caterer can be prepared.

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP online on or before August 14, 2020 so we can coordinate with our caterers and bartenders.

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post them on social media?

Answer

We would like our ceremony to be an unplugged ceremony for our guest to share this special moment with us. Our reception, however, is a different story. Please document your night and our celebration using the hashtag #BUZZIN4BUSBY on social media.
