Will there be events on Friday and Sunday?

Answer

Yes! Please see schedule for details and time. All are welcome! Friday we invite you to a cocktail welcome at Refinery Jax Beach. Sunday we invite you to visit with the couple at a private residence (see invitation for address). Come and go as you please!

Is parking available at these events?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at all event spaces throughout the weekend. Please do not plan to park overnight at Bowing Oaks.

What is the dress code for Saturday?

Answer

Attire is black tie optional: we suggest mid to floor length dresses for the ladies and dark suits with ties for gentlemen. If you own a tux or would be happy to rent one, we would love to see it!

Will wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors to enjoy the late Spring Florida weather!

How will the weather be on April 25th?

Answer

Since it is the perfect date, we expect the weather to be not too hot, not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.

Question

When will provided transportation depart from the hotels?

Answer

Shuttles will depart at 1:30 PM from both the SpringHill Suites by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn. If you are in an AirBnb, please feel free to use the shuttle from the most convenient location. Ubers are also available, please consider traffic in the area and plan to arrive at the church at 2 PM.
