How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP Tab will open in February once invitations are mailed. You will enter your full name. Don’t forget to RSVP for the Welcome Party Friday and Closing Event, Sunday also! Please contact us at 410-271-3549 if you encounter problems completing your RSVP electronically. Please RSVP by 3/28.

What hotels do you recommend?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at The Inn at The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. If our block is full, you can call The Inn directly to book a room outside of our block. If you do book a room directly with The Inn, please leave us a note on your RSVP page. We want to make sure you receive your Welcome Bag. There are additional Hotels at The Narrows and details are included on the travel tab of this site.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 4:30pm. Allow extra time for Bay Bridge Traffic, as it is Ocean City’s Cruisin’ Weekend, however, traffic should normalize in afternoon.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Ball Room.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will take place inside.

What should I wear?

We’re celebrating in a Semi-Formal/Cocktail party attire.

Will Invitations follow Save The Dates?

Answer

Yes! Invitations will be mailed February 2026.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is provided from The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Inn to the Beach House Ballroom for hotel guests. Transportation is not provided from hotels in The Kent Narrows area, however, Uber and other local driving services are available and provided on the Travel tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this celebration adult-only. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements for children under 16. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
