Matron of Honor
Emma has been my original roommate since day one. From American girl dolls and playing horses, to wedding planning and her having a baby on the way- she has been by my side for all stages of my life. I now have the honor of having her by my side as my matron of honor. Niche skill: she's a cat whisperer and has saved more baby animals from the roadside than the average woman.
Maid of Honor
Erica pulled my braids on the bus in 2nd grade and now she’s my maid of honor! She’s been my childhood best friend through long-distance, puberty, and now adulthood. I’m so grateful I get to call her my maid of honor. Niche skill: she is an incredibly talented artist and she made our lovely wedding invites
Bridesmaid
I met Hannah in college during nursing school and my life has never been the same. She has taught me to be bold, speak my mind, and stand up for what I believe in. I am honored to have her by my side for my wedding day. Fun Fact: she delivers babies for a living and does a kick ass job.
Bridesmaid
I met Paula as a new grad nurse in Denver, we both started at the same time and she has been my friend ever since. Through thick and thin, many bed-changes, and lots of mental breakdowns, I am so lucky to know her and have her as my bridesmaid! Fun fact: she's traveled abroad alone
Bridesmaid
Lexi and I met in college in nursing school and I couldn’t help but become friends with her. She is a ray of sunshine with a drive to push herself to do incredible things, like an ironman!! I couldn’t think of anyone else to join me on my wedding day. Niche skill: running a sub-7 iron man
Bridesmaid
I met lovely Andi through Lexi in college. Andi is such a considerate and hard working human and I am so lucky I get to call her my friend. She takes awhile to warm up, but it’s worth the wait! I am so glad I get to celebrate with her. Fun fact: she would kick your ass in fantasy football
Best Man
Isaac the middle one of the three brothers. He’s grown his hair out for longer than both Nathanael and I combined; he’s also got the muscles of both of us combined, too. Isaac and I became real friends the year we were in high school and Nathanael in college. He has remained a steadfast and loyal friend and brother since. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent conversationalist. Thanks for being here and sticking around.
Best Man
Nathanael is the oldest of the three brothers. He’s probably traveled to more countries than you. But it’s never a competition with him. This is what makes him such a supportive brother. He’s always provided me with a guidance in many parts of life. He’s got a lush beard, he’s a dog dad to Maui, and a kick ass mountain biker. If you get him to start giggling, he might not stop. Thank you for being here and being there for me.
Groomsman
Ethan and I go back all the way to high school swim team as freshman. Later, Ethan convinced me to join him for a few summers up here in Stanley, Idaho working at Redfish Lake Lodge. We swapped the pool for the lake and the tall buildings in Chicago with tall mountains in the Sawtooths. I'm so glad to have Ethan as a true friend, wherever life takes us. Thank you for coming back home for this special event.
Groomsman
Jame and I go all the way back to kindergarten. He's less shy, more adventurous, and consistently loyal. We've crushed hundreds of miles on our bikes and skateboards over our many summer night shenanigans. He's a deep thinker with a heartfelt and big laugh. I have been blessed to change and grow alongside James from childhood into "adulthood." Thank you for for the countless memories and the many more to come.
Groomsman
Jackson is my mountain man, zero BS, crush. He is my "let's do something epic in the backcountry" partner. We've bloodied our knuckles on epic alpine climbing routes in the Sawtooths, spent days skiing touring hip deep powder in his backyard, and were vanlife neighbors. He has taught me so much about the mountains. I am deeply grateful for Jackson as a dear friend and mentor, thank you.
Groomsman
Ben was the welcoming charm I didn't know I needed when moving to Colorado. He was an instant meaningful friend, including me right into his deep world of friends. He is an epic and gracious host, fantastic cook, and a board game wizard. His lightheartedness is contagious. I so appreciate his full support and friendship from the start. Thanks for coming out here again to be apart of this story.
Officiant
David is Asher’s cousin and he has seen us grow together as a couple. We spend plenty of time together when Asher and David lived together in Colorado. This has been a truly amazing gift to connect deeply with him in our “adult” years, and for Ally to to get to know a childhood legend. We are honored to have David to officiate our wedding.
