Question
Are there really three nights of events?
Answer
Yes! We want to welcome you to our venue and the weekend on Friday night with a castle tour, wine tasting, and buffet dinner experience. Saturday is the main event. And on Sunday, if you're available, we'd love to share one final toast with you with a barbecue dinner and some wine. Please RSVP for each event in the RSVP tab on this site.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st, as we need to communicate our final guest list and details to our venue.

May I bring a plus one?
Answer
We want to be able to celebrate and spend time with out nearest and dearest. We’re keeping the guest list pretty tight, limited to just those named on the invitation, so we’re not able to accommodate plus ones.

We’ve decided to make the events of the weekend adults-only so everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We are working with a local bed & breakfast to lock in a deal for our guests that is conveniently located near the wedding venue, ensuring easy access on the big day. Additionally, we’ve included one of our personal favorites that holds special memories for us that is located in Florence proper. Be sure to take a look at the "Travel" tab for more information. Whichever option you choose, we will arrange transportation for the events of the weekend.

How do I get to the venue?

We're excited to let you know that we'll be providing transportation to and from the venue for the events of the weekend! We want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for everyone to enjoy the celebration. More details on pick-up times and locations will be shared closer to the date.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Typically, the weather in and around Florence in August is in the high 80s and 90s during the day, and in the mid 60s at night. We suggest bringing a swimsuit along for the trip as our venue and the surrounding hotels have pools to cool off in!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We want you to look and feel fabulous! The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is black tie. Note: There may be times when you are walking on grass or stones. Please plan footwear accordingly. The dress code for the arrival dinner on August 22nd and farewell dinner on August 24th is garden cocktail attire. If you have any specific questions about the attire, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

We hope that our website will answer as many questions as possible, but if not, do not fear! We will be sending around emails to our guests as we approach the wedding date with additional details. And always feel free to reach out to us directly with any specific questions.
