Is there an After Party?

Yes! The party will continue at the upstairs bar of Split Rail Tavern in downtown West Chester! Everyone is welcome to join :)

Are young children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know when you RSVP. Our caterer can accommodate allergy sensitivities.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Dancin' shoes are required!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our plan is to have an outdoor ceremony. If weather concerns arise, Greystone Hall can accommodate an entirely indoor wedding.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather forecast November 5th is a high of 74° with partly cloudy skies! By 6pm it is forecasted to be 65° so please make sure to bring a jacket if you run cold.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive from 4:30pm to 4:45pm to be seated in time for the ceremony at 5:00pm.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm, rolling right into our cocktail hour and then off to the reception. The entire day's events will take place at Greystone Hall!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

While we do not have a hotel block, we have done the research for you. Check out our Travel tab to see the list of hotels that we recommend.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

We are not providing transportation. All noted hotels from our Travel tab are between 5 to 20 minutes from the venue. Downtown West Chester is less than 10 minutes away.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Parking is available at Greystone Hall. That being said, to enjoy our night to the fullest we recommend guests use a rideshare service, such as Lyft or Uber.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, Greystone Hall is ADA accessible.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning no cell phones will be permitted. Once the ceremony is over we encourage our guests to be in the moment as much as possible, but there won't be any cell phone or social media rules post-ceremony! When you do post be sure to use our hashtag: #RicardoNeidsAllyse
