Hotel Accommodations A room block has been reserved for our guests at The Stanley Hotel. To make a reservation, please call 970-577-4000 option 1 between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily and reference the block name: “Eide Conover Wedding”. Block Dates: Friday 6/26 and Saturday 6/27 Room Types & Rates: Stanley Classic Queens- $355/night Stanley Classic 2 Queens- $385/night Lodge Classic Kings- $315/night Please note: Reservations must be made within the dates listed above. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, a separate reservation will be required. If you choose a room type outside of those listed in the block, it will not be at the group rate and no discount will be applied. When calling, please reference only the dates included in the block so the reservation team can easily locate it in the system. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited.

Free Trolley from Estes Park Parking Garage to Ceremony

Free Shuttle / Trolley service is available in the town of Estes Park. The schedule runs every 20 minutes, with pickup at the Estes Park Visitor Center Parking Garage. https://www.visitestespark.com/plan/getting-around/free-shuttle-buses/ However, if you would rather park on the Stanley Hotel property, please inform that gate guard that you are attending the Conover/Eide wedding and the parking fee will be waived. Parking in Estes Park / Stanley Hotel
Due to ongoing construction at the Stanely Hotel, parking can be limited. We encourage carpooling as best as possible. If you would like to park on the Stanley Hotel property, please inform the gate guard that you are attending the Conover/Edie wedding, and the parking fee will be waived.
