We ask you kindly to RSVP no later than the evening of Sunday, November 16th. We want to ensure we have an accurate headcount for our caterer and that you have the time to make any travel arrangements.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, so we ask that you please arrive by 3:20 PM to ensure that you have time to find seating. If you are not seated by the ceremony start time, then you will be held at the front of the venue and asked to join later during the cocktail hour so as not to interrupt the ceremony.
The couple asks that you please dress in semi-formal attire and refrain from wearing predominately white clothing. We suggest a jacket and tie for men and short to mid-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women. We also recommend that you dress in layers, as we will be having an outdoor ceremony followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. If you would like to coordinate with the wedding theme, feel free to wear jewel-toned colors.
December weather in Texas can vary, and may range from 40°F and raining to 75°F and sunny. We recommend looking at the forecast before packing and bringing layers. Our rain plan includes an outdoor covered ceremony, so please plan to be outdoors regardless of the weather for at least part of the evening.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have a limited capacity at our venue. Only those who are specifically listed on your invitation are invited to the wedding. We also ask that only guests ages 13 and older attend.
A majority of our guests are local, so transportation will not be provided to the venue. There is parking available at the venue, but we recommend carpooling if possible and utilizing Uber or Lyft for out of town guests.
