Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP No later than March 31, 2025. This is a hard limit due to vendor requirements!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry here on Zola that includes a few physical goods and a variety of cash funds for different activities during our honeymoon. While your presence is gift enough, should you choose to provide a gift please refer to the registry section of this website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 min before the ceremony to get seated!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Everything is at one location, and there is plenty of parking available! We do also plan to have a shuttle to and from the hotel for our out of town guests and for those who would feel safer not driving if they’d like to drink. The venue allows for cars to be parked overnight so if you end up having more fun than intended, please feel free to use the shuttle and you can arrange to pick up your car the next day. We will be doing a small after party with snacks after for those who need to eat and drink water before driving home!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the little ones, we kindly ask that minus the kiddos participating in the ceremony, this be a child free wedding. Please make childcare arrangements prior to the wedding. We know this may be inconvenient, but we want you to be able to have some child free fun too!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you have "and guest" listed on the envelope of your invite, please feel free to bring a guest! If you are a family or a couple, only those listed on the invitation will be allowed.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please dress semi-formal to formal. For women, this may include: midi to floor length dresses, jumpsuit, pant suits. For men, a suit and tie. This is to comply with the venue dress code. Colors and prints (especially floral) are encouraged- it’s the start of the fun season, we want everyone to feel ready to party!

Question

Are there Colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

The bridal party is wearing light dusty purple and the groomsmen are wearing slate blue suits and ties matching the bridesmaids. Should you wish to not match the wedding party, please avoid these colors. For specific color clarifications please message Emily directly. And as always with weddings- please don’t wear anything resembling white :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we plan on having a block of rooms at a local hotel, please see accommodations section for details

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle available for 1.5 hours prior to the ceremony and 2 hours at the end/after the reception. Please note the shuttle will be running back and forth from hotel so plan accordingly! If you choose to use the shuttle please park at the hotel. Further details are listed in the Accommodations section of the website
