When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We acknowledge that the wedding being a weekday may be inconvenient for some, so we’ve done our best to give as much notice as possible! We kindly ask that you confirm or deny that you’re attending no later than August 1st! So that we may host you accordingly :)

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is to start at 5pm, we kindly ask that you arrive and are seated by 4:45pm Any guests arriving after this time will not have access to the chapel for the ceremony

What’s the event timeline for the day?

Answer

The ceremony is to begin at 5pm! At 5:30 the guests will head to the courtyard to enjoy the performance of a live violinist and refreshments from our open mocktail bar! during this time group family photos will be done as well At 6:30 the guests will be invited into the reception hall for dinner, dancing and fun! At 9:45pm the bride and groom with make their exit! All guests must vacate the venue by 10pm!

Does my invitation include a plus one?

Answer

Due to our venue capacity and budget we ask our guests to please be aware we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invites. Please contact us if you have a question regarding this, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances but must be approved by the rsvp deadline. We hope you understand, and we are looking forward to seeing you there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is encouraged! Suits for men, floor length dresses for women! Earth tones similar to the palate provided. Please refrain from wearing black, white, and red

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos or record during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we’re sadly having to limit the children attending to our immediate and close family only. Thank you for understanding!

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes, there will be a paved parking lot available with handicap access

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Dress accordingly if poor weather is present but the ceremony and reception are both indoors and climate controlled!

Will food and drink be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a large charcuterie layout with a variety of sandwiches and finger foods! Along with an open bar with “His” & “Hers” mocktail options!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No, our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Not yet, but yes! We will have a wedding registry! You will be able to find it here on our website once it is posted
