What Safety Precautions Will Be in place at the Wedding?

Answer

We will be following all safety guidelines set forth by the CDC, the State of Oregon, and our venue. The health and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority. Face masks and hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue. In addition, both the bride and groom will be fully vaccinated, and the venue has a large outdoor space.

What Does a COVID Wedding Look Like?

Answer

The guidelines for weddings and large gatherings set forth by the State of Oregon change regularly. As of right now the COVID guidelines have loosen greatly and we are hopeful for continued improvement by August. We are asking guests to do what they are comfortable with, but the venue is not requiring masks or social distancing at this time. We are hopeful a large percentage of our guest list will be fully vaccinated so we can all feel comfortable on the dance floor together! These rules are subject to change, and the latest available information will be published at the event.

What if I Don't Feel Safe Travelling or Being in a Group Setting

Answer

The safety, security and comfort of our friends and family is our highest priority. We are hopeful a large percentage of our guest list will be vaccinated. If you do not feel comfortable traveling or being in group settings, we absolutely understand and will miss you greatly.

Can I bring a date? Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to the limitations set forth by the State of Oregon, the total allowable guests at the wedding has decreased significantly. This has required us to cut down our guest list considerably, and unfortunately we are not able to allow for guests not specifically named on the invitation to attend our wedding.
