IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Cocktail, but please keep in mind that we will be outside and on top of a mountain!

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Please let us know in advance with any food allergies or restrictions so we can make sure everyone enjoys their meals.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
If you stay at the Mountain Club on Loon, the ceremony is just a walk away from the hotel! The reception will also be held back at the Mountain Club on Loon. If you choose to stay at another location there will not be transportation provided.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 11am. The Gondola ride up to the top of Loon Mountain takes about 15 minutes. The Gondola starts running at 10am. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

WHAT IS THE VIBE FOR THE RECEPTION?
Answer
There will be a room with food and drinks. We encourage guests to bring a bathing suit and a change of clothes to enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar and lawn games!

DO WE HAVE TO RENT A SIDE BY SIDE FOR THE AFTER PARTY?
Answer
Tim and Ally are planning to rent a side by side on Sunday from Northeast Snowmobile and ATV Rentals in Gorham, NH. We are planning on wearing our wedding tux and gown and getting dirty! Everyone is welcome to rent or bring their own machine but it is absolutely not required! If you are planning on riding, please bring clothes you feel comfortable getting dirty in!

DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT THE SUGGESTED HOTEL?
Answer
No! There are a lot of options around the Lincoln, NH area! We recommend the Mountain Club on Loon because it is in the same parking lot as the ceremony. There are tons of hotels and some nice campgrounds around the area!
