When should I RSVP by?

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at the venue, park, and make your way to the ceremony site. We’ll be having an unplugged ceremony – we kindly ask that you silence your devices and refrain from taking photos. We’ve got a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us.

Is there parking at the venue, and where do we go upon arrival?

Answer

Yes! There is a large unpaved parking lot at the entrance of Stone Crossing. After parking, please head up the stairs to the outdoor ceremony site beside the stone bridge. If you’d like a ride instead, the venue staff will happily take you up in a golf cart. Additionally, if you find yourself needing to leave your car overnight due to enjoying the festivities a bit too much, feel free to do so – just remember to move your vehicle by 11am the following day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal, which falls somewhere between cocktail and dressy casual. Think: dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts and blouses; suits or dress pants with a button-down and tie (jackets optional). We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident, so no need to overthink it – just aim for polished but relaxed! The venue is indoor-outdoor, and weather permitting, most of the celebration will be held outside on paved and turf areas.
