Pick-Up: 4:10 pm Mormon Church 4:50 pm Sun Valley Lodge (Baldy Bus Loop) 5:00 pm Limelight Hotel Drop-Off (9:30–11:45 PM) Shuttles will leave the venue periodically and return to Ketchum Hotels. Final Shuttle will leave at 11:45 and drop off in Ketchum and Hailey.

This is a small, regional airport located about 20 minutes from the town of Ketchum, where Sun Valley is located. It’s very convenient, but flights are more limited and can be pricier.

Boise Airport

Located about 2.5 hours from Ketchum but a very easy drive. You’ll find many more flight options here. There are many rental car agencies here so the best option is to rent a car and drive, especially if you are with a larger group.

Ketchum area has several great homes / apartments to rent. If you choose a rental, please bear in mind that we’ll have shuttles running from hotels only. Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are extremely limited and will not be a reliable mode of transportation. As such, it will be very important to be within reasonable walking distance of a shuttle stop if you do not plan to drive.
