Is there transportation?

Answer

Yup! Transportation to and from the venue will be provided. Look for the big yellow school buses for pick up adjacent to the Atticus Hotel on the corner of NE 4th Street and NE Ford Street in Downtown McMinnville. Three buses will be provided and leave for the venue at 4, 4:10 and 4:20 Buses will also return guests to downtown McMinnville from Maysara Winery.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail Attire (dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, blazers, dress shirt, jackets, slacks/chinos). Keep in mind the venue has grass and cobblestone, we recommend a wedge, sandal, or chunky heel.

What if I need to park my car and take the shuttle?

Answer

Parking is free all throughout downtown McMinnville. Although, due to the car show being that weekend, it may be best to park at the McMinnville Community Center located on NE 5th Street and NE Davis Street and walk to the shuttle pick up 3 blocks away.

What time should I get to Maysara Winery?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive by 4:30 pm to ensure that everyone is on time and we can get the party started! Once you arrive at Maysara, follow the gravel road to the top of the hill until you see the large building. Careful, the gravel road can be a bit bumpy.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yup! Let's party all night! Join us at the Blue Moon Lounge in Downtown McMinnville (3rd Street). Blue Moon Lounge is cash only with an ATM located inside.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be at a winery both indoors and outdoors. Keep in mind the venue has grass and cobblestone, we recommend a wedge or chunky heel.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony guests will attend a cocktail hour where hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served while we take a few photos and sign our marriage license. Dinner and reception will follow, we can't wait to see you on the dance floor.

Yup! Please refer to the guests listed on your invitation.

What is the weather like in Oregon?

Answer

August weather is beautiful. The warmest part of the day is 5 pm and ranging between 75 - 85 degrees. Once the sun sets it can be a little chilly, plan to bring a light jacket if you get cold easily.

How do I get there if I am flying in?

Answer

McMinnville is about an hour from PDX. We recommend flying into PDX and renting a car.
