Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that our guests dress in their best semi-formal attire: tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. Feel free to make it western semi-formal to match our vibe (cowboy boots and hats welcome, NO denim)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by 8/10/2026. Due to not sending formal invitations, we will send a reminder text to all our guests as the date gets closer! We also completely understand that not everyone can make our destination wedding. We kindly ask that you RSVP "no" if you are unable to make it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those with a plus one will have one listed on their RSVP. Not everyone has a plus one...sorry!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all of your kiddos, the only kiddos invited are in our wedding party. Take advantage of a childless weekend celebrating with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have scheduled transportation between the hotels in Hudson and the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Our bridal party has separate transportation to our Airbnb. If you are staying at the hotel in Stillwater, you will have to provide your own transportation.

How do I know which hotel to book?

Answer

We will be guiding our guests to book at certain hotels based on groups and trying to keep families/friends together.

What happens if I’m late to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony on time. Due to the layout of the venue, if you are late, we will ask you to wait to enter to not interrupt the ceremony.
