FAQs

Question

Do I need a car?

Answer

Both of the scheduled events are downtown Whitefish and in walking distance of most accommodations downtown. However, we highly recommend renting a vehicle or carpooling if you plan to visit Glacier National Park

Question

What hikes should I do in GNP?

Answer

We love the Avalanche Lake and Hidden lake hiking trails in Glacier National Park. However, there are tons of hikes available to choose from and most do not require advanced hiking skills.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one on your invite, you are welcome to bring a guest. If not, we kindly ask that you refrain so that we can keep an accurate headcount.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Event Friday - casual attire with a western focus. Cowboy hats and boots are welcome! Main Event Saturday - cocktail/business casual

Question

Can I get an Uber?

Answer

In recent years, rideshare options have increased, but are much more limited than larger cities. We advise you to coordinate with other guests or rent a car if possible since we cannot guarantee available rideshare options.

Question

Is there transportation for scheduled events?

Answer

Yes - we have a list of available drivers who you can coordinate with for pickup and drop off for those staying outside of downtown whitefish. However, if you are staying in town, the events should be walkable.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We ask that both events are adults only.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are advising that you stay somewhere downtown whitefish, especially if not renting a car.
