Guest Wedding Room Block
1. Username: ally 2. Password: nick 1. Use Google Chrome Browser + Computer or tablet. The link may not display all options when used on a cellphone. 2. Make sure there are no extra spaces when typing Username and Password. 3. On Country, select United States. 4. Select your dates by clicking on the calendar days MM/DD/YY (not the calendar Icon) 5. If you want to add extra adults, you will need to select a double bed (subject to availability upon arrival). 6. All guests must book through the link to be added to your room block and count toward your group’s benefits. 7. Full stay payment must be made per room at the time of booking. Please be sure to notify your bank/credit card provider of the international transaction before making the payment. 8. The room block cut-off date is September 24, 2026. 9. Rates are based on single/double occupancy in the Grand Deluxe Garden View, $512 USD per room per night. The additional cost for an extra adult (3rd or 4th) is $179 USD per adult per night. 10. Minimum stay required through the link: 4 nights. 11. Each guest of the Group will be responsible for booking the transportation (reservations staying 4 nights or more) service a minimum of two weeks in advance via e-mail with complete guest and flight information transfercancun@thepalacecompany.com or through the following Transfer Site: https://transfers.palaceresorts.com 12. If there’s an error, please reply to this email with a screenshot of the error you’re getting. 13. Official Group nights are December 08 to December 12, 2025, yet the link is set to allow bookings starting 3 pre- and 3 post-official nights in case guests need to arrive earlier or depart later. The group fixed rate will be honored on these nights, subject to availability. Please message us separately when you are ready to book.
