What is the dress code?
Answer
Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged; a dark suit and formal dress are also appropriate. Dress to impress—we can't wait to see everyone looking their best! Color encouraged! We kindly request that nobody wears white in respect to the bride.

Where can I catch the shuttle?
Answer
Shuttle service will pickup guests at The Omni at 3:30pm and then head to the Residence Inn for a 3:55pm pickup. Ubers will be provided to guests at The Jefferson.

Are kids invited?
Answer
No, this will be an adults only occasion.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We’re only able to accommodate the guests who are explicitly named on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring uninvited guests, as we won’t be able to make exceptions. Thank you so much for understanding and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will we be outside or indoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. We'll move indoors for dinner and dancing. In the event of inclement weather, we have a plan in place to keep everyone comfortable.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Late April in Richmond is usually mild and beautiful, with average highs in the low 70s and cooler evenings. We recommend sunscreen and a light wrap for ladies.

Are there any events besides the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! Please join us for a welcome party on Friday! We will also be hosting an after party on the patio directly following the reception. Details are on the schedule page.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking! Please look for the banquet and event parking lot to the left of the building. If you choose to drive please drink responsibly! We are providing transportation between the hotels on the website and venue

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Between 4:30 and 4:50! The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.
