What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the Ocean Lawn (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors in the Water Salon.

What if it rains?

We have a beautiful indoor rain plan—no need to bring umbrellas!

Can I drive and park at the venue?

Yes! Parking is available on-site at Belle Mer. Valet or self-parking details will be confirmed soon.

What’s the dress code?

Cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend block heels or dressy flats. Summer tones encouraged!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttle service to or from the wedding, but there are several hotels within easy walking distance of the venue. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in Newport.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by filling out the card included with your invitation and mailing it back to us in the pre-addressed envelope. Don’t forget to indicate your meal selection!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Formal invitations will be mailed to all guests in April 2026. Kindly return your RSVP card by May 10, 2026 so we can finalize headcounts and meal choices.
