Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There will be NO available parking available at the reception at the Cabin Van Boven. There will be pickup locations as listed in the Travel section of the website as well as another location (to be determined) for those staying places not listed on the Travel section of the website.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony at the church in Wakefield, MI and there is parking available there. Carpooling as much as possible is encouraged!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children who are listed on the invitation are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Please reach out if you are unsure if we have accounted for everyone.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those explicitly named on your invitation are invited to attend. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ally. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. The Great Northern Hotel will have the largest amount of rooms blocked out for our guests. If you have any questions about accommodations, please reach out to Lyle Van Boven and/or the bride and groom!

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony at the church. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment so we can maintain reverence for the sacrament of matrimony, unplug and enjoy! At the reception and all the times besides our ceremony, snap away and please share!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the schedule page on our website for the list of events. We will have a "Morning" After Pajama Party on Sunday the 23rd at The Outpost Restaurant in Presque Isle, WI. All are welcome!
