What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive 20-15 minutes prior to the ceremony time.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking garage just a short walk distance - west of the chapel and reception hall. Please see 'Travel' tab for more information including the location map.

If we're staying at the Marriott in Westlake, will there be a shuttle service to and from the Airport?

Answer

YES! Proceed to the Hotel Ground Transportation Board, adjacent to each baggage claim area. Call the hotel directly 817.430.5000 and Request Courtesy Transportation, our staff will require the following information: Guest Name, Number of Guests, Location (specified in gray sign above the courtesy phone). After communicating the above information, please proceed to the lower level and look for the courtesy van sign/area for pick-up. Marriott staff will advise you of an approximate waiting time. Please note the shuttle is red and white with Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake on the sides of the shuttle and Marriott Hotels on the front and back. Guests will not be met with any signage. Guests need to reconfirm with the driver they are on the Marriott Solana shuttles. The three Marriott Hotels in the DFW area have similar vehicles.
