1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please find your parking space no later than 5:00pm

2. What is the dress code?

Answer

WEAR BLUES & GREENS! Garden Attire: semi-formal. No jeans please. Shoes: Ladies, we will be walking on grass for most of the evening, so leave your skinny stilettos at home and maybe choose the flats or wedges.

3. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are planned for outdoors, while the cocktail hour will take place in the house.

4. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late September in Louisville typically gives little to no rain, with the daily temps ranging from 65-85.

6. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue has 40 parking spaces available. The Venue is on a residential street, and you may also park on the inside of the street (opposite of the residential houses). All parking spaces will be within 300 feet of the venue, for an easy walk.

7. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

In order to allow our guests to fully enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make this an adults only reception. So call the babysitter and let's party!

8. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. A buffet dinner will be provided by Fistful of Tacos (so yummy!). This allows options for carnivores, vegans and vegetarians.

9. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We have not reserved a room block, but please visit our "Travel" page to see a list of our recommended hotels nearby.

10. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We will be having a device-free ceremony. Please do not pull your phones out for photos. It makes us so happy that you want to capture our special moment, but our Photographer is amazing and she will capture all that is needed. So please leave them in your pocket or purse.

11. What's the best way to RSVP?

12. When is the RSVP deadline?

All RSVPs must be submitted by August 18th.

13. I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Sorry, there will not be any virtual celebration.

14. Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

15. Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. Please be sure your name is on the gift, so that we know to give you a big hug and smooch for your generosity and love.

We are the least creative people on the planet, so... if you come up with something great, we may just add it here.

17. When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Drinks will stop being served promptly at 11pm and guests must say their goodbyes by 11:30. We do not have an after-party planned.

18. What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We will be getting plenty of vitamin D and C leading up to our big day. We plan to have our immune systems working day to night, and we highly recommend you do the same.
